Annette is our office manager and is here everyday that our office is open. She and Dr. Arita have been friends since high school. She has two boys, one in high school and one playing semi-pro ice hockey. Annette brings years of dental experience to our office; she was raised in a family of dentists. If you ask Annette, this is "Sharks Territory" because she is an avid San Jose Sharks fan. GO SHARKS!
Bee is one of our three hygienist and has been in our dental family since its inception; she is here every other Thursday. Bee worked with Dr. LoGrasso and, lucky for us, she stayed on. She has three grown daughters and seven grandchildren. She is a newly wed, so when you come in ask her about it. She is our "busy little Bee". Next time you’re in ask her where she’s been.
Sandy is one of our three hygienist and has been with us since 2006 cleaning teeth and driving us all crazy :). She is in our office on Mondays and Wednesdays. Sandy has a grown son and some cats that just recently adopted her. She is very witty and she always has something political to say. During her off-time, you can sometimes catch her fishing or harassing Dr. Arita.
Grace is a wonderful new addition to our dental family; but she does have a history with our extended family. Grace worked with Annette in her father’s practice until he retired. Though she has been in the dental field for a long time, for the last ten years she was working with an oral surgeon (and you know often we do oral surgery in our office :)). In her off time, she stays busy with her family being a chauffeur and taking her three kids to their sports and music practices.
Diane was here before Dr. Arita and is here only on Mondays. She also worked with Dr. LoGrasso and graciously stayed on as liaison. She has the two sons, a daughter, and four grandchildren. When she is not busy in our office, she's busy keeping up with her grandchildren. We think she works at our office so that she can keep in contact with the members of our dental family; it's a good thing because we can always use her expertise.
Sue is being added to this list (again). She says that this time it will stick; confidentially, we all hope not. Sue, in her retired life, which is not too different from her recent working life, will travel, play, and watch her grandchildren (albeit) freely now, without the responsibility of coming to work two times a month. We will miss seeing her regularly, but don't be surprised if she sneaks in here every once in a while. You might run into her during one of you your appointments.
Dr. LoGrasso is missed, but is really enjoying his retirement . He is very busy with all his hobbies, and teaching and chasing after Jhett, his grandson. Dr. LoGrasso has kept up his creativity with wood-making and his "people-skills" by staying involved with his community. He keeps us all up to date on all the wild life activities in and around his neighborhood and ours! :) He knows more about what’s going on here than we do!
